Cervantes Guitar Limited warranty

1) Terms and conditions.
Cervantes Guitars warrants only to the original buyer that Cervantes Guitars shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is valid only for the first 12 months from the date of purchase. The Warranty doesn’t apply to: normal wear and tear of any parts of the guitar; Damages or defects caused from exposure to extremes of humidity or temperatures; Instruments sold by a non authorized dealer; Defects caused by misuse, abuse or modification to the guitar.
Strings, tuners, varnish and frets are not warranted by Cervantes Guitars.

2) Limitations and Obligations.
The obligation of Cervantes Guitars is limited to repair and or replacement of parts of the instrument to be found to be defective under this warranty and after Cervantes Guitars evaluation of the instrument.
In no event Cervantes Guitars shall be liable of any indirect damages including but not limited to wages, lost profits, time or to any damages to or loss of property.

3) Claims
Repairs cannot be done other than by Cervantes Guitars unless notified in writing by Cervantes Guitars.
The instrument shall be sent to Cervantes Guitars (previously approved by Cervantes Guitars) all cost for shipping and insurance are to be paid by purchaser.

Cervantes Guitars shall review your claim and examine the instrument and make necessary repairs covered under this Limited Warranty, The guitar should then be returned to original purchaser, shipping and insurance to be paid by purchaser. In case the defect claimed is determined to be excluded or not covered by this Limited Warranty the instrument shall be returned without any repair or replacement. Shipping and insurance are to be paid by purchaser.
